Michael Graf holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann), is a lawyer admitted to the German Bar (Rechtsanwalt), a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and a partner of HAARMANN. He has extensive experience in advising multinationals on current tax matters as well as on restructurings and M&A transactions. He furthermore advises on the tax efficient structuring of investment funds and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining HAARMANN in 2008, Michael Graf worked for Allen & Overy LLP and before that for one of the “big four” accounting firms.
